PGA TOUR Barbasol Championship/Caddie127 Distribute $250,000 in Donations to Charitable Partner

Four-year total now sits at $670,000

NICHOLASVILLE, KY (November 9, 2022) – Yesterday, officials from the PGA TOUR Barbasol Championship along with representatives from the Barbasol’s charitable arm, Caddie127, delivered checks totaling $250,000 to their charity partners.

2022 charitable partners include All God’s Children, UK HealthCare Kentucky Children’s Hospital, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Refuge for Women, Sunrise Children’s Services, and Woodhill Community Center.

The Barbasol Championship’s charitable arm, Caddie127, connects a biblical connotation from James 1:27 “to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” Just as Caddies and their players support one another, so will Caddie127 support philanthropic organizations that benefit and empower women and children.

The Barbasol Championship is a PGA TOUR event that is played in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The 2023 tournament will take place July 13-16 at Champions at Keene Trace Golf Club. Champions is an Arthur Hills-designed golf course conveniently located one hour from Cincinnati and Louisville. In 2022, the Barbasol Championship, one of only 47 PGA TOUR events, provided its winner with 300 FedEx Cup Points and an exemption into the 2022 The Open Championship in St. Andrews, Scotland. The 2022 winner of the Barbasol Championship was Trey Mullinax.
