On-site: Wednesday 7/12/23 – Attend any time from 10:00AM to 2:00PM @ Hole #4.

The safety of our Players, Volunteers and Staff is our top priority. A Volunteer Evacuation Plan will be posted in the Volunteer HQ. If you are assigned to work on the course, please familiarize yourself with this plan. If you have questions reach out to your Chairperson/Captain, Director, or any member of the Staff. If Play comes to a halt and players leave the course, please stop your volunteer duties immediately and follow the Evacuation Plan. If play is suspended, please seek shelter immediately. To evacuate the course, depending on your location please walk to the Clubhouse, VHQ, or move to the main road (Ave of Champions) where Volunteer Shuttles will assist in transporting you to a safe shelter.
